Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before
Customers are free to cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the reservation time. To cancel a booking customers can call, text, or Whatsapp +1 939-489-2184, or send an email to ceibaferrytransfers@gmail.com. Please include the reservation name, and also the date and time.
Cancellations less than 24 hours from the service
Cancellations with less that 24 hours' notice are considered last minute cancelations and are subject to a 50% cancellation penalty.
Refund process
We will process your refund on the next business day. How fast you will see the money back in your account will depend on the payment method and on your bank/credit card provider.
