Cancellations less than 24 hours from the service Cancellations with less that 24 hours' notice are considered last minute cancelations and are subject to a 50% cancellation penalty. Refund process We will process your refund on the next business day. How fast you will see the money back in your account will depend on the payment method and on your bank/credit card provider.
