Welcome to Ceiba Ferry Transfers. By booking and using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
 

1. Company Information

We are a licensed and insured transportation provider operating in Puerto Rico under the NTSP (Transportation and Public Services Bureau).

2. Scope of Service
 

  • Our primary service is private transfers between San Juan (Puerto Rico) and the Ceiba Ferry Terminal or Ceiba Airport, and vice versa.

  • Other transportation services may be offered upon request, subject to driver availability, but are not bookable directly through our website.

  • All transfers are private. Only the passenger(s) listed in the booking will be transported.
     

3. Booking Policy
 

  • Reservations must be made and paid at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time.

  • Bookings may be modified in the event of flight delays or by customer request, subject to driver availability.
     

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
 

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • To cancel, please call, text, WhatsApp +1 (939) 489-2184, or email ceibaferrytransfers@gmail.com with your reservation name, date, and time.

  • Refunds will be processed on the next business day. The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
     

5. Pricing & Payment
 

  • All prices are fixed and displayed at the time of booking.

  • Full prepayment is required when booking online.

  • Additional services requested during the trip (if agreed upon with the driver) may be paid directly to the driver via credit card or cash.
     

6. Waiting Time & No-Shows
 

  • The driver will wait up to 1 hour after actual landing time at the airport or 1 hour after the scheduled pickup time at other locations.

  • If passengers are unresponsive and do not contact the driver within this time, the service will be considered a No Show and no refund will be issued.

  • If extra time is required due to lost luggage or other issues, please call or text the driver to coordinate.
     

7. Passenger Responsibilities
 

  • Passengers must provide accurate pickup time, location, and flight information when booking.

  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have all personal belongings when exiting the vehicle.

  • The following are not permitted inside vehicles:

    • Smoking

    • Eating without the driver’s consent

    • Illegal activities
       

8. Safety & Insurance
 

  • All drivers hold valid licenses and operate under Puerto Rico’s NTSP regulations.

  • Our vehicles are covered by active insurance policies in accordance with local laws.
     

9. Liability Disclaimer
 

  • Ceiba Ferry Transfer is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, road closures, or accidents).

  • We are not liable for missed flights, ferry departures, or other missed connections resulting from such delays.

  • Liability for luggage and personal items remains with the passenger at all times.
     

10. Governing Law
 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico. Any disputes shall be handled under Puerto Rico’s jurisdiction.
